Barot, learned<br \/>\nadvocate for respondent No.1-caveator.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that by<br \/>\npassing the impugned order dated 21.02.2011, the Tribunal has, in<br \/>\neffect, granted the final relief at the interim stage and that too,<br \/>\nwithout hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners. It is<br \/>\nfurther submitted that the matter was preponed by the Tribunal and<br \/>\ninstead of 11.03.2011, it was kept on 15.02.2011, on which date, the<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the applicants was not present, as is evident<br \/>\nfrom a copy of the Rojkam of the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Subhash G. Barot, learned advocate for the caveator has submitted<br \/>\nthat the petitioners had not filed any reply to the main application<br \/>\nfiled by respondent No.1, in spite of several opportunities having<br \/>\nbeen granted, therefore, the Tribunal had no other option, except to<br \/>\ngrant interim relief.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nfor final disposal, returnable on 06.04.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Subhash G.
