     GNCTD,\u00a0New\u00a0Delhi\u00a0seeking\u00a0certain\u00a0information\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0change\u00a0of\u00a0computer\u00a0software\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0office\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n
     Assistant \u00a0 Commissioner \u00a0 (West) \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0 public\u00a0 authority.\u00a0 This\u00a0 activity,\u00a0 according\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 Applicant,\u00a0 has\u00a0<\/p>\n
     resulted\u00a0in\u00a0stoppage\u00a0of\u00a0work\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0office\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0public\u00a0authority.\u00a0The\u00a0PIO\u00a0on\u00a010.08.2011\u00a0informed\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
     Applicant\u00a0that\u00a0IPO\u00a0(application\u00adfee)\u00a0submitted\u00a0by\u00a0him\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0made\u00a0in\u00a0\u00a0favour\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0correct\u00a0payee.\u00a0<\/p>\n
     According\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0PIO,\u00a0the\u00a0IPO\u00a0submitted\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0made\u00a0in\u00a0favour\u00a0of\u00a0‘Account\u00a0Officer,\u00a0AC\u00a0<\/p>\n
     (West)’\u00a0instead\u00a0of\u00a0‘Account\u00a0Officer\u00a0Food\u00a0&\u00a0Supply\u00a0Deptt,\u00a0Govt.\u00a0of\u00a0NCT\u00a0of\u00a0Delhi’.\u00a0The\u00a0PIO\u00a0accordingly\u00a0<\/p>\n
     returned\u00a0the\u00a0application\u00adfee\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0application\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0with\u00a0an\u00a0advice\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0should\u00a0<\/p>\n
     resubmit\u00a0his\u00a0application\u00adfee\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0correct\u00a0manner.\u00a0The\u00a0Applicant,\u00a0being\u00a0aggrieved\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0PIO’s\u00a0action,\u00a0<\/p>\n

\nDecision<\/p>\n
2.   During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Complainant\u00a0stated\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0PIO’s\u00a0decision\u00a0to\u00a0return\u00a0his\u00a0application\u00adfee\u00a0is\u00a0incorrect\u00a0<\/p>\n
     since\u00a0his\u00a0other\u00a0RTI\u00adapplications\u00a0(filed\u00a0after\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0one)\u00a0accompanied\u00a0by\u00a0IPO\u00a0in\u00a0favour\u00a0of\u00a0Account\u00a0<\/p>\n
     Officer,\u00a0AC\u00a0(West)\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0accepted\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0public\u00a0authority.\u00a0The\u00a0PIO,\u00a0however,\u00a0expressed\u00a0his\u00a0<\/p>\n
     unawareness\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0acceptance\u00a0of\u00a0application\u00adfee\u00a0in\u00a0such\u00a0a\u00a0manner\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0public\u00a0authority.\u00a0He\u00a0(PIO)\u00a0<\/p>\n
     clarified\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0public\u00a0authority\u00a0does\u00a0not\u00a0have\u00a0any\u00a0account\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0AC\u00a0(West)\u00a0and\u00a0thus\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0<\/p>\n
     not\u00a0possible\u00a0for\u00a0them\u00a0to\u00a0accept\u00a0the\u00a0application\u00adfee\u00a0in\u00a0such\u00a0a\u00a0manner.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0Complaint\u00a0also,\u00a0when\u00a0asked,\u00a0<\/p>\n
     could \u00a0 not \u00a0 produce \u00a0 any \u00a0 documentary \u00a0 proof \u00a0 showing \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 public \u00a0 authority \u00a0 has \u00a0 ever \u00a0 accepted \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
     application\u00adfee\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0manner\u00a0in\u00a0which\u00a0he\u00a0has\u00a0submitted\u00a0in\u00a0present\u00a0case.\n<\/p>\n
 3.    In\u00a0view\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0above,\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0advised\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Complainant,\u00a0if\u00a0he\u00a0so\u00a0wishes,\u00a0within\u00a01\u00a0week\u00a0of\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0<\/p>\n
