3. The case of the petitioners\u00ab   i<\/p>\n
purchased the property measuring “‘7,_acresV_2.O *gunt.4a’s,in,<\/p>\n
Sy.No.8 as described abovetfroizm Sri Srinivais avndttothers V<\/p>\n
under a registered   Pursuant
\nto such purchase, the i_g\u00e9.;1tit1ed to have
\nthe mutation4’o;jEd’er gchanging::th’e=..re\u00a7\u00a7renue entries and
\ntherefore’ \u00a3r;:.+,gei:::o1{:e:s had approached the second
\nrespondent   The second respondent<\/p>\n
instead. or  the change, has issued the<\/p>\n
 Lztvidorsement dated 19.8.2009. The reason<\/p>\n
  is that the change cannot be effected<\/p>\n
since the”extent of the property is not indicated in the<\/p>\n
  “revenue records against the name of the vendor of the<\/p>\n

\nrespect of Sy.Nos. 7 and 8, since the prayer is in
\nrespect of Sy.No.8 aione, the case of the peti.t.io-n_er._ is<\/p>\n

however seek to justify the <\/p>\n

the sale deed, to effect the irevenne eAntries–,’E revenue
\nrecords should also   therefore the<\/p>\n

 -. what has been contended, a
\nperusal the  ‘deejd_.=Wou1d no doubt indicate that an<\/p>\n
‘of 7x’ “acres_20 guntas in Sy.No.8 has been<\/p>\n
‘ ;purch.ased.:Vb’y,_ the petitioners. The sketch has also been<\/p>\n
 has-p}er’Annexure~D indicating the extent of the<\/p>\n

\nthe name of vendor in the revenue records, a perusal of<\/p>\n
the entries made in the RTC in respect of Sy.Nov.V8e’.rVh_ich<\/p>\n

the property is 27 acres 18 guntas as <\/p>\n
portions are owned by the different;_-perso’ns-as <\/p>\n
indicated in CoI.No.9. A-3: ‘against._ the na’n’i.\u00a2..Qf\ufb02S3ri <\/p>\n
