In the counter affidavit it is stated that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>does   not   belong   to   the   said   community   and   that   there   are   no<\/p>\n<p>persons   belonging   to   Hindu(Malayan)   community   in   Kanthalloor<\/p>\n<p>village.
