The RTI Application was received by the PIO on 21\/09\/2010, as stated in his reply dated\n06\/10\/2010. The Appellant has sought the copies of the charge sheet issued in respect of the bogus\ndisbursement of Farmer Loans by the then Branch Manager of the Bank branch at Talheta in the year\n2004 - 2005, list of all office incumbents of the post of Deputy Chief Managers of the concerned branch,\nlist of field officers posted at the said branch in the period June 2004 to 2008 etc\n\nCPIO Reply:\nThe CPIO through his reply dated 06\/10\/2010, provided information on points 2,3,4, and 5 and has\nclaimed exemption under Section 8 (1) (h) regarding query no. 1 as the matter is being investigated by\nGovernment agencies and the disclosure of such information may impede the process of investigation.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nThe Appellant stated that he did not receive a response from the CPIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nThe First Appellate Authority ordered that the information sent by the CPIO was correct, except in the\ncase of query no. 03 and the CPIO was directed to provide information on the same within 15 working\ndays.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nThe Appellant is not satisfied from the CPIO's Reply.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. J. S. Walia, PIO &amp; Chief Manager;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO had denied giving the copy of the FIR filed with the Police which the Appellant had<br \/>\nsought in query-1.
