The petitioner is a Private Ltd. Company which is<\/p>\n<p>proposing to start a factory and building. Loading and<\/p>\n<p>unloading work of the goods at the time of construction of<\/p>\n<p>the building is entrusted to respondents 3 and 4 and other<\/p>\n<p>civil matter is entrusted to general workers with the choice<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner. According to him, respondents 2 to 4 are<\/p>\n<p>insisting for the civil works to be alloted them and causing<\/p>\n<p>obstruction.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3. The 2nd respondent entered appearance through the<\/p>\n<p>counsel and submitted that they will not insist for giving any<\/p>\n<p>civil work to them and since they are already given work<\/p>\n<p>pertaining to loading and unloading of building materials.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No. 863\/2010             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, submission that they will not be insisting for<\/p>\n<p>any civil work to be done in the premises as alleged, is<\/p>\n<p>recorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
