DATTU, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>               The writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P2 notification in<\/p>\n<p>No.63 (R3-2007)\/2004-2009 dated 24th December, 2007, whereby the<\/p>\n<p>Government of India has imposed a ban on the import of Palm Oil and its<\/p>\n<p>fractions through all the ports in Kerala.    The challenge against the very<\/p>\n<p>same notification has been considered by us and rejected as per orders in<\/p>\n<p>W.A. Nos.642\/08 and 1716\/08.
