Tejwati and others.\n\n\n\n\n 18.5.2010.\n\n       Shri K.P.Mishra, the learned Senior Advocate with Shri\nA.Mishra, Counsel for the petitioner.\n       None for the caveator.\n       This petition is directed against an order dated 30.9.2009\nby I Civil Judge Class I, Rewa in Execution Case No.48-A\/2003\nby which the Executing Court directed delivery of the possession\nof the property in favour of respondents.<\/pre>\n<p>       The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there<br \/>\nwas no decree for partition and possession of the house, but in<br \/>\nspite of this, the Executing Court directed warrant of possession in<br \/>\nfavour of respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Considering aforesaid, show cause notices be issued to<br \/>\nthe respondents to show cause why this petition be not admitted \/<br \/>\nfinally disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>       PF within three working days by RAD.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Notices be made returnable before next date of hearing.<br \/>\n       Till next date of hearing, operation of the impugned order<br \/>\ndated 30.0.2009 by which warrant of possession has been<br \/>\ndirected in respect of house property shall remain stayed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Be listed for hearing on 22nd July, 2010.<br \/>\n       Certified copy as per Rules.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n       (Krishn Kumar Lahoti)                       (G.S.Solanki)\n               Judge                                 Judge\n\n\n\nJLL\n               W.P.No.6037\/2010\n\nGuru Prasad             Smt.
