The petitioners have challenged the<\/p>\n<p>                    order taking cognizance by filing Criminal Revision No.<\/p>\n<p>                    29 of 2008\/01 of 2008. The revisional Court after hearing<\/p>\n<p>                    the parties has passed a detailed order remanding the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        matter back for further enquiry.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 I find no illegality in the order impugned.
