RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    .........................................\n                      B.A. NO. 1447 of 2009\n                   ..........................................\n                         Dated: 25-03-2009\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are accused Nos. 1 to 4 in Crime No. 221<\/p>\n<p>OF 2009       of Kothamangalam Police Station for                 offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, 323, 324 and 326 read<\/p>\n<p>with Sec. 34 I.P.C. seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<br \/>\nto surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<br \/>\ninterrogation and then to have his application for bail considered by<br \/>\nthe Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner shall<br \/>\nsurrender    before    the      investigating        officer  on any  day<br \/>\nbetween 28-3-2009 and 1-4-2009 for the purpose of interrogation<br \/>\nand recovery of incriminating material, if any. The petitioner shall<br \/>\nthereafter be produced on the same day before the Magistrate<br \/>\nconcerned.    On being convinced that the petitioner has been<br \/>\ninterrogated by the police, the Magistrate shall release the petitioner<br \/>\non bail on the petitioner executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\ntwenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<br \/>\namount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate and subject to the<br \/>\nfollowing conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 1447 of 2009               -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.     The    petitioner     shall report   before   the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2.    The petitioner shall make himself    available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.     Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.     Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
