No.10810 of 2011\n                                       AJAI SINGH\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   13.04.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          According to prosecution case itself, at the time of<\/p>\n<p>                 alleged occurrence, the petitioner had been lodged in jail in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with another crime. It is stated that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 hatched up a conspiracy alongwith other accused and in<\/p>\n<p>                 pursuance of the aforesaid conspiracy, the informant&#8217;s husband<\/p>\n<p>                 was murdered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                 having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has<\/p>\n<p>                 already been granted privilege of bail by another bench of this<\/p>\n<p>                 court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, namely, Ajai Singh be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                 like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1242 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2009 arising out of Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2009 to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of F.T.C.
