No.23418 of 2011\n                                     Raj Kumar Roy\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    18.7.2011            This is an application for restoration<\/p>\n<p>                 of   Cr.Misc.No.       18446   of     2011    which     stood<\/p>\n<p>                 dismissed   on    24.6.2011    for    non-prosecution         on<\/p>\n<p>                 behalf of petitioner. However, it is submitted<\/p>\n<p>                 that the counsel for the petitioner could not<\/p>\n<p>                 appear   when    the   case was      called   out   for   the<\/p>\n<p>                 reason that Advocate clerk was suffering from<\/p>\n<p>                 high fever and he could not mark the list and<\/p>\n<p>                 the case stood dismissed for non-prosecution.
