Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :14\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n             ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.5450 of 2010\n            ------------------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 14th day of September, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners, who are accused Nos.2 &amp; 3 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.688\/2010 of Sultan Batheri Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 498-A &amp; 406 read with Section 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The    learned     Public     Prosecutor      opposed the<\/p>\n<p>application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of<\/p>\n<p>this nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for<\/p>\n<p>the purpose of interrogation and then to have their<\/p>\n<p>application for bail considered by the Magistrate having<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction.   Accordingly, the petitioners shall surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the investigating officer on 24\/9\/2010 or on<\/p>\n<p>25\/9\/2010 for the purpose of interrogation and recovery of<\/p>\n<p>incriminating material, if any.
