As scheduled the matter is called for hearing\ntoday dated 16.3.2010. Appellant not present. The public authority is\nrepresented by Lt Col S.R. Gaur. It is his submission that the documents\nrequested for by the appellant were provided to him vide their letter dated\n25.8.2009 and he produces documentary evidence in support thereof.\n\n2.     We are satisfied that the requisite documents have been supplied to\nthe appellant.
