Case No. 48 of 2010 for offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Prayer of the petitioner was earlier rejected by<\/p>\n<p>                   order dated 6.8.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26769 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010.     Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the<\/p>\n<p>                   sister-in-law of the informant on the scalp by means of a Sawal.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Regard being had to the period of incarceration, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner Jiwan Das be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Banka in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Case No. 857 of 2010 arising out of Amarpur P.S.
