CHAIRMAN: The question is<\/a>:\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat this House do agree with the Nineteenth Report of the Committee on Private Members\u2019 Bills and Resolutions presented to the House on the 2nd March, 2006.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>The motion was adopted.\n<\/p>\n<p>       \u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>* At 1530 hours quorum bell was rung.\u00a0 No quorum was made.\u00a0 At 1534 hours quorum bell was rung again and no quorum was made.\u00a0 At 1538 hours once again quorum bell was rung and no quorum was made.\u00a0Thereafter, the Secretary-General informed the members present as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHon. Members, there is no quorum in the House.\u00a0 The House cannot meet till there is a quorum.\u00a0 The hon.
