He now says that there is a<\/p>\n<p>likelihood of that injunction order being violated. He further says<\/p>\n<p>that this would result in law and order situation, since the<\/p>\n<p>violation would result in breaking open a way, which does not<\/p>\n<p>exist.\n<\/p>\n<p>              2. The controversy relating to the property is<\/p>\n<p>essentially, a civil dispute. A civil suit is also pending in the<\/p>\n<p>matter. If there is any attempt to violate the injunction order, it<\/p>\n<p>will be open to the petitioner to seek appropriate measures<\/p>\n<p>from the civil court itself. When an order of injunction is issued,<\/p>\n<p>the civil courts are not powerless to obtain enforcement thereof.<\/p>\n<p>However, the police have to ensure that there is no law and<\/p>\n<p>order problem. Under such circumstances, as of now, there is<\/p>\n<p>no material to assume that any direction is called for in the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC 29309\/10                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>presence of the private respondents. Accordingly, we dispense<\/p>\n<p>with notice to those respondents.
