Case<\/p>\n<p>                  No. 215\/2010 under Sections 341,323,324,307 and 504 read<\/p>\n<p>                  with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                            The allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  assaulted the father of the informant by Saif whereas two<\/p>\n<p>                  other accused persons, Pradip Chaudhary and Kailu<\/p>\n<p>                  Chaudhary had assaulted him with Lathi as a result of which<\/p>\n<p>                  bleeding injury was caused to his head.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it<\/p>\n<p>                  is evident from the injury report that the injury on the head<\/p>\n<p>                  of the informant&#8217;s father was caused by hard and blunt<\/p>\n<p>                  substance and both the accused persons who were carrying<\/p>\n<p>                  Lathi have been granted bail by the court below.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                     On a consideration of the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>           of the case, the petitioner, Sakaldeo Chaudhary is directed to<\/p>\n<p>           be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>           (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>           the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in<\/p>\n<p>           connection with Khaira P.S.
