No.12814 of 2011\n                                  SHEIKH MINHAZUDDIN\n                                            Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   25.04.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner, being the Head Master of the<\/p>\n<p>                   school,   is   apprehending    his   arrest     in    a   case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under sections 304 \/ 34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The accusation is levelled that during the<\/p>\n<p>                   construction    of   the   school,   on   the        order    of<\/p>\n<p>                   Contractor, Electric Mechanic, Jalluluddin asked the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased, Rinku, the manson to connect the electric<\/p>\n<p>                   wire and in course of making connection Rinku<\/p>\n<p>                   received electric shock and died. It is submitted by<\/p>\n<p>                   the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for the<\/p>\n<p>                   death of the victim, either the Contractor or the said<\/p>\n<p>                   Electric Mechanic, Jalauddin are responsible and<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner can not be held responsible for the death<\/p>\n<p>                   of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering   the aforesaid     facts, let         the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner, above-named, be released on bail in the<\/p>\n<p>                   event of arrest or surrender before the learned court<\/p>\n<p>                   below within a period of twelve weeks from today in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P. S.
