Jehanabad.\n                                           ......................Petitioner\n                                              Versus\n                      THE STATE OF BIHAR................Opp. Party.\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   25.06.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.02.2010<\/p>\n<p>                  in a case registered under Sections 420, 406 \/ 34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                  Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with<\/p>\n<p>                  one Vidya Singh persuaded the informant to give Rs.1,25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                  for   getting admission    in   the   engineering college     and<\/p>\n<p>                  consequently the money was deposited in the account of one<\/p>\n<p>                  Anuj Kumar.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  that Anuj Kumar and Vidya Singh have been granted<\/p>\n<p>                  anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 20301 of 2010 on 15.6.2010<\/p>\n<p>                  and by Cr. Misc. No. 12848 of 2010 on 5.5.2010 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>                  The certified copies of both the orders have been produced. Let<\/p>\n<p>                  both the orders be kept on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the informant however submits<\/p>\n<p>                  that it was the petitioner who actually persuaded to deposit the<\/p>\n<p>                  money and there are two other cases against the petitioner of the<\/p>\n<p>                  similar nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that the other accused persons<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          have been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner be released<\/p>\n<p>          on bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
