Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The     petitioner       has    renewed     his<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer for bail in connection with Pasraha<\/p>\n<p>                   P.S. Case No. 67 of 2009 for the offences<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 302, 307\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                             The         accusation         against       the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is of causing fire arm injury on<\/p>\n<p>                   the chest of father of informant.<\/p>\n<p>                             It     is    submitted    by     the     learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel    for        the   petitioner       that     two<\/p>\n<p>                   witnesses have already been examined out of<\/p>\n<p>                   which one is formal witness and other has<\/p>\n<p>                   been declared hostile. Seven witnesses are<\/p>\n<p>                   yet to be examined.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             This    application      is     dismissed    at<\/p>\n<p>                   present with liberty to the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>                   renew his prayer for bail if the trial is<\/p>\n<p>                   not concluded within a period of six months.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 Let   the   trial   court    expedite     the<\/p>\n<p>        trial.\n<\/p>\n<p>U.
