It is further<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted that other accused persons have been<\/p>\n<p>                   granted bail by this Court vide order contained in<\/p>\n<p>                   Annexure-2 series.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the general nature of<\/p>\n<p>                   accusation against the mob, let the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   namely Ram Chandra Yadav, be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                   on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<br \/>\n           each   to     the   satisfaction    of   Chief   Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate,     Bhagalpur      in    connection     with<\/p>\n<p>          Akbarnagar P.S.
