NO.22419 OF 2007\n\n                  ======================\n\n                Dated this the 27th day of July, 2007\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Radhakrishnan, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Considering   the   fact   that   the   incident   had   occurred   in   the<\/p>\n<p>year 1972-73 and 76-77 and that all the officers had put signature<\/p>\n<p>in   the   relevant   documents   and   the   amount   involved   is   only<\/p>\n<p>Rs.16,451\/- and   that the employee has   retired from service, we<\/p>\n<p>find   no   reason   to   interfere   with   the   discretion   exercised   by   the<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal.  Writ petition lacks merits.
