Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :17\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                                S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                         ==================\n\n                          W.P.(C).No. 3355 of 2010\n\n                         ==================\n\n               Dated this the 17th day of September, 2010\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner, who is a retired Government servant, has filed<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition seeking the following reliefs;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>     &#8220;i.     Call for records connecting Exts.P1 to P10 from the respondent<br \/>\n             concerned.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      ii.    Call for Ext.P9 from 1st respondent and Issue Writ of Certiorari to quash<br \/>\n             the same,<\/p>\n<p>      iii.   Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse pension,<br \/>\n             arrears of pension, commutation value of pension, gratuity and the<br \/>\n             encashment of eligible leave benefits with interest.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     2.      On     1.3.2010, this Court passed the following interim<\/p>\n<p>order:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             &#8220;Ext.P9 is under challenge in this writ petition. As per Ext.P9, the<br \/>\n      period from 10.7.06 to 31.5.07 was declared as unauthorised absence. The<br \/>\n      contention of the petitioner is that the said period is to be regularised in the<br \/>\n      light of Ext.P10. Whether the said period of unauthorised absence can be<br \/>\n      regularised is a matter which is to be considered by the respondents.<br \/>\n      Therefore, there will be an interim order directing the first respondent to<br \/>\n      consider and pass orders on the claim of the petitioner for regularisation of<br \/>\n      the aforesaid period in the light of Ext.P10, within a period of one month from<br \/>\n      today.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     3.      The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits<\/p>\n<p>that pursuant to the said order, orders have been passed regularising<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner&#8217;s services, on 6.5.2010. Therefore, what remains to be<\/p>\n<p>done in the case is only to direct the 4th respondent to forward Ext.P14<\/p>\n<p>along with      LC\/NLC and LPC of the petitioner to the Accountant<\/p>\n<p>General.
