Case No. 289 of 2009 under<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections-302, 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code was<\/p>\n<p>                 registered against unknown when dead body of a female,<\/p>\n<p>                 kept in a gunny bag, was recovered. Subsequently, in<\/p>\n<p>                 course of investigation, it surfaced that the deceased was<\/p>\n<p>                 wife of petitioner and it also came to light that the<\/p>\n<p>                 deceased used to quarrel with her in-laws including the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner and she was in habit of leaving her matrimonial<\/p>\n<p>                 home without informing to her in-laws as well as her<\/p>\n<p>                 husband.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner points out<\/p>\n<p>                 that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                 namely, Shankar Ray and Shailesh Kumar @ Shailesh<\/p>\n<p>                 Ray have     already been granted privilege of bail by<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        another bench of this court vide order dated 29-06-2010<\/p>\n<p>        passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21388 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Kapil Ray is<\/p>\n<p>        directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 848 of<\/p>\n<p>        2011 arising out of Maner P.S.
