2.       Shri\u00a0Ajay\u00a0Mamoria,\u00a0SPIO\u00a0vide\u00a0his\u00a0letter\u00a0dt.6.4.11\u00a0transferred\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0Application\u00a0to\u00a0PIO,\u00a0DIMTS.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0<\/p>\n
         Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0appeal\u00a0dt.16.5.11\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0stating\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0PIO\u00a0has\u00a0invoked\u00a0<\/p>\n
         section\u00a06(3)\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0Act\u00a0without\u00a0realizing\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0of\u00a0applicability\u00a0of\u00a0RTI\u00a0Act\u00a0on\u00a0DIMTS\u00a0is\u00a0<\/p>\n

         replied \u00a0 on \u00a0 21.5.11 \u00a0 furnishing \u00a0 information \u00a0 against \u00a0 points\u00a0 14 \u00a0 and\u00a0 15.\u00a0 \u00a0 Shri \u00a0 R.P.Meena, \u00a0 Appellate\u00a0<\/p>\n

2.       During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0reviewed\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0sought\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0Appellant\u00a0                     against\u00a0<\/p>\n
points\u00a05,\u00a010,\u00a012,\u00a014\u00a0and\u00a015\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0details\u00a0given\u00a0below:<\/p>\n
         Point\u00a05<\/p>\n
         The\u00a0Commission\u00a0directs\u00a0the\u00a0PIO\u00a0to\u00a0inform\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0mechanism\u00a0that\u00a0is\u00a0set\u00a0into\u00a0motion\u00a0<\/p>\n
         on\u00a0the\u00a0pressing\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0panic\u00a0button\u00a0by\u00a0a\u00a0passenger,\u00a0as\u00a0available\u00a0on\u00a0record.\u00a0 \u00a0If\u00a0not\u00a0available\u00a0,\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n

         4.         The \u00a0 Applicant \u00a0 filed \u00a0 an \u00a0 RTI \u00a0 Application \u00a0 dt.23.3.11 \u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 PIO, \u00a0 Transport \u00a0 Department\u00a0<\/p>\n
         seeking\u00a0information\u00a0against\u00a026\u00a0points\u00a0in\u00a0respect\u00a0of\u00a0notification\u00a0dt.17.3.11\u00a0about\u00a0installment\u00a0of\u00a0GPS\u00a0<\/p>\n
         devices\u00a0in\u00a0autorickshaws\u00a0and\u00a0other\u00a0\u00a0related\u00a0matters.\u00a0He\u00a0also\u00a0wanted\u00a0to\u00a0know\u00a0whether\u00a0the\u00a0auto\u00a0driver\u00a0
\n        can\u00a0refuse\u00a0a\u00a0passenger\u00a0when\u00a0he\u00a0is\u00a0going\u00a0home\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0end\u00a0of\u00a0his\u00a0shift\u00a0and\u00a0how\u00a0he\u00a0can\u00a0indicate\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0<\/p>\n
       will\u00a0accept\u00a0a\u00a0fare.\u00a0\u00a0He\u00a0requested\u00a0foe\u00a0inspection\u00a0of\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0entire\u00a0file(s)\u00a0concerning\u00a0GPS\/GPRS\u00a0including\u00a0<\/p>\n
       any \u00a0 agreements, \u00a0 contracts, \u00a0 tenders,\u00a0 reports,\u00a0 proposals,\u00a0 specifications\u00a0 of\u00a0 equipment,\u00a0 file \u00a0 notings,\u00a0<\/p>\n
       correspondence,\u00a0etc.\u00a0and\u00a0also\u00a0 \u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0equipment\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0 \u00a0Central\u00a0Command\u00a0Centre\/Control\u00a0Room\u00a0<\/p>\n
       dealing\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0GPS\u00a0Copies\u00a0of\u00a0any\u00a0documents\u00a0after\u00a0inspection\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0provided\u00a0upon\u00a0payment\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
       spot\u00a0or\u00a0in\u00a0due\u00a0course.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0further\u00a0sought\u00a0a\u00a0\u00a0list\u00a0of\u00a0vendors\u00a0authorised\u00a0by\u00a0DIMTS\u00a0together\u00a0<\/p>\n
