The Appellant is requested to inspect the file in the\nPIO's office. PIO is directed to provide the copies of the relevant record to the Appellant if\ndemanded after inspection as per the provision of RTI Act\".\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nRequisite records were not provided for 1963-1964.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Baldev Raj;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Ms. Anju Nigam, Deemed PIO &amp; Law Officer;\n<\/p>\n<p>         The Appellant has sought inspection of regarding notification file for the period 1963-64<br \/>\nand additions made on it in 1992. The deemed PIO has given an inspection of the file of<br \/>\nadditions made in 1992 but there is no file in the records of the original base notifications of<br \/>\n1963-64. The deemed PIO states that there is no evidence of the file that the appellant is seeking<br \/>\nand hence it is not possible to give an inspection of such a file. The appellant states that this is a<br \/>\nvery important record and MCD should reconstruct the file.
