RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                                         --------------------------------\n\n                                          B.A. No.872 of  2007\n\n                                        ---------------------------------\n\n                                    DATED: FEBRUARY  14, 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner   who   is   the   accused   in   Crime   No.43\/2007   of   Sulthan   Bathery<\/p>\n<p>Police Station   for an offence punishable under Sec.55(a) of the Abkari Act for<\/p>\n<p>allegedly having been found in possession of 9   liters of IMFL in six bottles on<\/p>\n<p>24.1.2007   and   who   was  arrested   on  the   same   day,  seeks   his  enlargement   on<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2.          Heard  the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>            3.          Having regard to the nature of the  offences, the duration of judicial<\/p>\n<p>custody   of   the   petitioner   and   the   other   circumstances   of   the   case   etc.,     I   am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   bail   to   the   petitioner   from   a   future   date.     Accordingly,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   is   directed   to   be   released   on   bail   with   effect   from   24.2.2007   on   his<\/p>\n<p>executing   a   bond   for   Rs.   20,000\/-   (Rupees   twenty   thousand   only)   with   two<\/p>\n<p>solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.-I,<\/p>\n<p>Sulthan Bathery,  and subject to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                  1.     Petitioner   shall   report   before   the   Investigating   Officer<\/p>\n<p>                         between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                  2.       Petitioner   shall  not  influence  or  intimidate   the   prosecution<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.872\/2007                           -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with the evidence<\/p>\n<p>                 for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.
