No.12365 of 2008\n                      -------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 8th day of July, 2008\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is filed by the petitioner, the mother of a<\/p>\n<p>deceased person, to transfer the investigation of Crime No.703 of<\/p>\n<p>2005 of Fort Police Station to the 4th respondent for investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Connected Crime No.704 of 2005 has already been transferred for<\/p>\n<p>investigation by the 4th respondent and the investigation is<\/p>\n<p>already in progress. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays,<\/p>\n<p>the learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent-C.B.I accepts<\/p>\n<p>the said prayer and the learned Public Prosecutor for respondents<\/p>\n<p>1 and 2 does not oppose the said prayer &#8211; that the investigation of<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.703 of 2005 may also be transferred for investigation to<\/p>\n<p>the 4th respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I am satisfied that the said request can be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>As all concerned are in agreement, it is not necessary to advert to<\/p>\n<p>facts in any greater detail. I am satisfied that the investigation<\/p>\n<p>into these two crimes are so integrally connected, that the prayer<\/p>\n<p>deserves to be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result:\n<\/p>\n<p>      i)   This Writ Petition is allowed;\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P(C).
