He will endorse the receipt on<\/p>\n<p>                  the margin of the ordersheet of the case record as a proof of the<\/p>\n<p>                  said receipt.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The payment of interest from the initial date of<\/p>\n<p>                  deposit the amount by the petitioner till the actual date of payment<\/p>\n<p>                  will be considered on the next date.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>RPS                               (Ajay Kumar Tripathi,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
