Two persons are named as accused. Allegation against the<\/p>\n<p>                          petitioner is that he assisted another accused Bablu Rai who raped<\/p>\n<p>                          the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           It has been submitted that even according the<\/p>\n<p>                          allegation the petitioner is not the person who has committed rape.<\/p>\n<p>                                           Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                          the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                          furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                          of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief<\/p>\n<p>                          Judicial Magistrate\/court concerned, Rohtas at Sasaram in<\/p>\n<p>                          connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S.
