RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                 BAIL APPLICATION NO.  7000  OF 2006\n\n                - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n             DATED THIS THE 28th  DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2006\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners   who<\/p>\n<p>are     accused   Nos.5   to   7   in   Crime   No.552\/06   of     Ottappalam   Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341 and<\/p>\n<p>308 read with  section 149 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations   levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioners.     Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction   is   issued   to   the   officer-in-charge   of   the   police   station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a period of one month<\/p>\n<p>in the event of their arrest in connection with the above case on each<\/p>\n<p>of  them  executing  a  bond for  Rs.   10,000\/-  with  two   solvent  sureties<\/p>\n<p>each   for   the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   said   officer   and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       1.      Petitioners   shall   report   before   the   Investigating   Officer<\/p>\n<p>       between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       2.  Petitioners shall make  themselves available for interrogation<\/p>\n<p>       as and when  required by the  Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>B.A.NO.7000\/06                      Page numbers<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3.       Petitioners   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>              prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   they   attempt   to   tamper<\/p>\n<p>              with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              4.       Petitioners   shall   not   commit   any   offence   while   on<\/p>\n<p>              bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
