Om. Pal Dabas, the Appellant, had filed an application dated 27.03.2009<br \/>\nbefore the CPIO, IGI Airport, New Delhi seeking information on nine points under the<br \/>\nRTI Act. 2005 Not satisfied with the reply of the Respondent he preferred a second<br \/>\nappeal before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The matter was heard on 21.04.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Sh. Om Pal Dabas, the Appellant was present.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Sh. Atter Singh, ACP\/HQ, Sh. Narinder Singh, Inspector\/RTI\/IGIA, Sh. Khilari<br \/>\n       Ram, APIO, Sh. Ram Changer, S.I. and Sh. Zile Singh, APIO\/SWD, Sh. Satya<br \/>\n       Parkash, Sub-Inspector\/SWD represented the Respondent Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>        After hearing the parties and on perusal of relevant documents on file the<br \/>\nCommission finds that complete information relating to Security (HQ) has already been<br \/>\nprovided. Requisite replies to para no 8 &amp; 9 of the RTI application had been provided by<br \/>\nthe CPIO, South-West Dist, New Delhi vide letter dated 12.05.2009. However,<br \/>\ninformation on point no. 5 &amp; 6 of RTI application remains to be provided to the<br \/>\nAppellant, in the present RTI application, though it was submitted during the hearing that<br \/>\nsome information has been provided vide letter dated 11.11.2009, by the CPIO \/ PHQ in<br \/>\nconnection with the another RTI application of the Appellant. The concerned PIO \/ PHQ<br \/>\nis hereby directed to respond to the Appellant in the present RTI matter and to furnish the<br \/>\nrequisite information on these points. The PIO \/ Dy. Commissioner of Police, Security<br \/>\n(HQ) is hereby directed to forward this order along with RTI application to the concerned<br \/>\nPIO \/ HQ, within 7 days of receipt of this order.
