In<br \/>\nthe meantime learned counsels for the parties shall exchange their<br \/>\naffidavits.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t Order<br \/>\nin Civil application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nMr. Tushar Mehta, learned Advocate General, assisted by Mr. N.G.<br \/>\nShah, learned advocate for the appellants as well as Mr. V.K. Joshi,<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Mehul Shah,<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respondent No.3.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the fact and circumstances of the case, the applicants are<br \/>\nentitled for the reliefs. Therefore, operation of the impugned order<br \/>\ndated 19.01.2011, passed in S.C.A.
