Bahri, J. <\/p>\n<p>1. This order will dispose of three appeals &#8211; F. A.O. No. 61,35 and 156 of 1987 which are connected arising out of the same award.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs. 1,53,600\/- in favour of the Claimants &#8211; Kuldip Kaur and others. The award was not made against the Insurance Company for want of valid driving licence of the driver. The licence has now been shown in court which fact has been verified by the Manager of the United India Insurance Company who is present in Court. His statement in this respect has already been recorded. Thus, the amount of the award as per settlement is ordered to be paid to the appellants with 6% p.a. interest from the date of accident i.e., 6.10.1985 till payment. The amount will be paid to the appellants in the shares as defined by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
