State of Gujarat.\n<\/p>\n<p>Having<br \/>\n\tregard to the facts of the case, the application is taken up for<br \/>\n\thearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>By<br \/>\n\tfiling instant Application through jail authority, the applicant &#8211;<br \/>\n\tconvict has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\n\t30 days to enable him to attend the marriage of his niece, which is<br \/>\n\tscheduled on 12th February, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>Having<br \/>\n\tconsidered the submission advanced by Mr.L.B.Dabhi, learned APP for<br \/>\n\tthe Respondent &#8211;
