No.25380 of 2011\n           Manoj Kumar Son of Satyendra Mahto, Village Gangwara, P.O.-\n           Saramohanpur, P.S.- LNMU Campus, District Darbhanga\n                                  Versus\n                            The State Of Bihar\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/   24.10.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioners are the Panchayat Sewak and<\/p>\n<p>                     Programme Officer, who are alleged to have committed<\/p>\n<p>                     breach of trust in connection with payment of the amount<\/p>\n<p>                     to the beneficiaries of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural<\/p>\n<p>                     Employment Guarantee Scheme along with the Block<\/p>\n<p>                     Development Officer and others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that<\/p>\n<p>                     the Block Development Officer has been allowed bail until<\/p>\n<p>                     submission of charge sheet by another Bench of this Court<\/p>\n<p>                     under orders dated 18.8.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                     18706 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The order granting bail in the event of arrest<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         until submission of charge sheet is contrary to the<\/p>\n<p>         direction of the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court. In the<\/p>\n<p>         circumstances, I am not inclined to follow the order dated<\/p>\n<p>         18.8.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Let the petitioners above named surrender in the<\/p>\n<p>         court   A.C.J.M.,   Jhanjharpur,   Madhubani\/        C.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>         Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S.
