Same was the position even<\/p>\n<p>yesterday. Counsel for the Intervener and<\/p>\n<p>the State are however, present.<\/p>\n<p>            2. It is submitted on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>the Intervener and the State that the<\/p>\n<p>present petition has been filed for directing<\/p>\n<p>the authorities to take steps for removal of<\/p>\n<p>encroachment from the lands of the<\/p>\n<p>Middle School, Raj Nagar situate within<\/p>\n<p>Raj Nagar Block, District- Madhubani. It<\/p>\n<p>is submitted by the counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>Intervener that the appeal filed by the<\/p>\n<p>encroacher against the order directing him<\/p>\n<p>to remove the encroachment from the<\/p>\n<p>lands of the Middle School, Raj Nagar is<\/p>\n<p>pending before the D.C.L.R., Madhubani<\/p>\n<p>and the appeal is not being heard by the<\/p>\n<p>D.C.L.R. as present writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>            3. Having heard counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the parties and having perused the record<\/p>\n<p>of this case, I find that there is no interim<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          order passed in the writ case and, there is<\/p>\n<p>          hardly any embargo for the D.C.L.R.,<\/p>\n<p>          Madhubani to proceed with the hearing of<\/p>\n<p>          the appeal filed against the order directing<\/p>\n<p>          removal of encroachment from the lands<\/p>\n<p>          of the Middle School, Raj Nagar. Let the<\/p>\n<p>          D.C.L.R., Madhubani proceed with the<\/p>\n<p>          hearing of the appeal filed against the<\/p>\n<p>          order removing the encroachment passed<\/p>\n<p>          by the Circle Officer, Raj Nagar and<\/p>\n<p>          dispose of the appeal, as early as possible,<\/p>\n<p>          in any case within two months from the<\/p>\n<p>          date of receipt\/production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>          order before the D.C.L.R., Madhubani.<\/p>\n<pre>Ibrar\/-                                   ( V.N.
