Application No.12520 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Khan for the applicant submitted that this Court has<br \/>\nenlarged the applicant on regular bail, by order dated 21.9.2011<br \/>\npassed in Criminal Misc. Application No.12520 of 2011, wherein the<br \/>\ncondition No.6(f) imposed upon the applicant regarding not to enter<br \/>\ninto limits of Sola High Court Police Station and Ghatlodiya Police<br \/>\nStation. He also submitted that the applicant is engaged in channel<br \/>\nbusiness. Therefore, he has to suffer his business loss due to not<br \/>\nentering into the areas aforesaid. He submitted that considering the<br \/>\ncircumstances of the applicant, the condition aforesaid may be<br \/>\ndeleted.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned APP for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tI<br \/>\nhave perused the application along with papers. Considering the facts<br \/>\nand circumstances narrated in the application, I am of the view that<br \/>\nthe condition No.6(f) imposed by this Court in Criminal Misc.<br \/>\nApplication No.12520 of 2011 is deleted.
