Sharma for Mr. Himanshu Maheshwari for the appellant.\n\n                                 ---------\n\n1.             Heard learned counsel.\n\n2.             This second appeal arises out of the concurrent findings\n\nof two courts below rejecting the suit filed by sons for cancellation of\n\nsale deed executed by the father.\n\n3.             It has been found by the learned courts below that to\n\nmeet the finance needs of the family including education of children,\n\nsaid father in the capacity of Karta of the family had to sell the part of\n\nthe property including the shop in question and, therefore, his right to\n\nsell the shop could not be questioned by the sons and thus, rejected\n\nthe said suit.\n\n3.             Having heard learned counsel and perused the impugned\n\njudgment, this Court finds no substantial question of law arising in\n\nthe matter.\n\n4.             The second appeal filed by the appellant is misconceived\n\nand devoid of merit. The same is accordingly dismissed.\n\n5.
