No.21512 of 2011\n                                      Jyotish Paswan\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   22-07-2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                          Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.11.2010 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                 registered under sections-457, 380\/412 of the of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code on the basis that one stolen T.V. was recovered<\/p>\n<p>                 from his house and subsequently, the said stolen T.V. was<\/p>\n<p>                 identified in test identification parade but submission of learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific mark on the<\/p>\n<p>                 aforesaid seized T.V. and as a matter of fact, the aforesaid T.V.<\/p>\n<p>                 belongs to the petitioner.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>                          Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances as well as period of detention in judicial custody,<\/p>\n<p>                 let the petitioner, namely, Jyotish Paswan be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                 on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like    amount each in connection with K. Hat<\/p>\n<p>                 (Madhubani) P.S.
