The said interim relief is<br \/>\ncontinued till today.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tThis<br \/>\nCourt has perused the orders passed by Courts below. In opinion of<br \/>\nthis Court, order dated 15.01.2010 passed by the learned Appellate<br \/>\nCourt is required to be quashed and set aside.  Accordingly order<br \/>\ndated 15.01.2010 passed by the learned Appellate Court is hereby<br \/>\nquashed and set aside. Both the parties are directed to maintain<br \/>\nstatus-quo of the suit property as per order dated 01.02.1010 passed<br \/>\nby this Court till final disposal of the Suit.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nTrial Court is directed to dispose of suit preferably within a period<br \/>\nof 2(two) years from the date of receipt of the order.
