Kameshwar Mandal, son of Late Bharat Mandal.\n                All resident of village - Maharauli, P.S. - Aurai, Distt. -\n                Muzaffarpur.\n                                                           ------- Petitioners.\n                                  Versus\n          The State Of Bihar                             ----Opposite Party\n                                    *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   29.07.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Complaint Case No. 3497\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                    the    offences    under    Sections     323\/341\/379\/<\/p>\n<p>                    420\/504\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under<\/p>\n<p>                    section 3(1)(x) of S.C.\/S.T. (P.O.A.) Act, pending in the<\/p>\n<p>                    court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners are named accused in this<\/p>\n<p>                    case with general allegation of assault, teasing and<\/p>\n<p>                    abusing. The case squarely covered under the decision<\/p>\n<p>                    of Apex Court in a case Jorgia Pentiah Vs.
