Case No. 4550 (B) of 2010\n\n      Lal Mohammad                    Versus                    State of U.P.\n\nHon'ble Raj Mani Chauhan, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Learned A.G.A. files counter affidavit, which is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the<br \/>\nState as well as perused the documents available on the record.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The accused-applicant Lal Mohammad is involved and detained in Case<br \/>\nCrime No. 1253 of 2009, under Section 2\/3 of U.P. Gangster Act, from Police<br \/>\nStation Ramkot, District Sitapur and he has applied for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The submission of the learned counsel for the accused applicant is that<br \/>\nonly one case has been shown in the Gang Chart against the accused applicant<br \/>\nin which he is already on bail. Therefore, he deserves to be released on bail in<br \/>\nthis case too.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application of the accused applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the accused<br \/>\napplicant and the learned A.G.A.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\nwithout expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the accused applicant<br \/>\nmay be released on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Let applicant Lal Mohammad be released on bail in the aforesaid case<br \/>\ncrime number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the<br \/>\nlike amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>21.06.2010<br \/>\nSanjay\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Lal Mohammad vs State Of U.P. on 21 June, 2010 Court No. 20 Criminal Misc.
