No.4693 of 2011\n                    RAJENDRA SAH, SON OF KODI SAH, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE-\n                   KOLHUA PAIGAMBERPUR, P.S.- AHIYAPUR, DISTRICT-\n                   MUZAFFARPUR.                               ......PETITIONER.\n                                                 Versus\n                  THE STATE OF BIHAR.                      ............OPPOSITE PARTY.\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   28.02.2011                     No one appears to press this application.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Having perused the records, it appears that<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner has been taken into custody for the<\/p>\n<p>                       second time in relation to Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                       228 of 1996, which is pending before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Additional District Judge, F.T.C. III, Muzaffarpur. this<\/p>\n<p>                       is the second time his bail application has been<\/p>\n<p>                       cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    In such a situation, I am not inclined, to<\/p>\n<p>                       interfere in the matter, especially, when case of<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner absence, even charges could not be framed in<\/p>\n<p>                       the trial which is pending since 1998.
