A<\/p>\n<p>                  prayer    has     been     made    in    the    I.A.    for<\/p>\n<p>                  substitution of the name of the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>                  the cause title of the main writ application<\/p>\n<p>                  with the names of his heirs as described in<\/p>\n<p>                  paragraph 2 of the I.A.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         There is no opposition to the I.A.<\/p>\n<p>                         I.A.   is,    therefore,      allowed.    Let     the<\/p>\n<p>                  name of heirs of the deceased writ petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  be    substituted    in    his    place.
