Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :26\/08\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                    ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n                ---------------------\n                W.P.(C).No.24534 OF 2009\n              ------------------------\n            Dated this the 26th day of August, 2009.\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner claims to be a commission agent, working<\/p>\n<p>under the 2nd respondent. She claims regularization on the<\/p>\n<p>strength of Ext.P2, circular No.4\/06 and it is stated that<\/p>\n<p>claiming this benefit she has filed Ext.P3 before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent and orders on Ext.P3 has not been passed. It is<\/p>\n<p>with this complaint that this writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having regard to the fact that, according to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner Ext.P3 application made by him is pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration of the first respondent, without expressing<\/p>\n<p>anything on the merit of the claim raised, this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Ext.P3 with notice to the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent.
