No. 1901 of 2008\n                 ------------------------------------------------\n                    Dated this the 16th May, 2008.\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this petition filed under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner prays<\/p>\n<p>for a direction to the Magistrate to dispose of his application for regular<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Consequent on the non-appearance of the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>C.C733\/2005\/L.PNo.4\/2008 before the J.F.C.M, Thiruvalla, non-bailable<\/p>\n<p>warrants of arrest are pending against the petitioner.           This court will<\/p>\n<p>be loathe to issue any direction so as to nullify the process issued by<\/p>\n<p>a court of competent jurisdiction.           There is no reason       why the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner should not surrender before the Magistrate and seek regular<\/p>\n<p>bail,especially,   when there is no need for               pre trial detention.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, if the petitioner surrenders before the Magistrate and files<\/p>\n<p>an application for regular bail within two weeks from today, the same<\/p>\n<p>shall be considered and disposed of preferably on the same day on<\/p>\n<p>which it is filed after considering the explanation offered            by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner for his previous non-appearance.\n<\/p>\n<p>      With the above observation this application is disposed of .<\/p>\n<pre>kvm\/-                                          V.K.
