Heard\u00a0on\u00a0I.A.\u00a0No.\u00a01513\/2015.\n                 This \u00a0 is \u00a0 an \u00a0 application \u00a0 for \u00a0 suspension\u00a0\n             of \u00a0 sentence. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The \u00a0 appellant \u00a0 had \u00a0 been\u00a0\n             convicted \u00a0 under \u00a0 Section \u00a0 325 \u00a0 of \u00a0 IPC \u00a0 and\u00a0\n             sentenced\u00a0to\u00a06\u00a0months\u00a0R.I.\n                 Learned \u00a0 counsel \u00a0 submits \u00a0 that \u00a0 during\u00a0\n             course \u00a0 of \u00a0 trial, \u00a0 appellant \u00a0 remained \u00a0 on\u00a0\n             bail. \u00a0 Trial \u00a0 court \u00a0 has \u00a0 suspended \u00a0 the\u00a0\n             execution\u00a0of\u00a0jail\u00a0sentence\u00a0after\u00a0conviction\u00a0\n             also\u00a0but\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0limited\u00a0period.\u00a0\u00a0At\u00a0the\u00a0time\u00a0\n             of \u00a0 initial \u00a0 arrest, \u00a0 appellant \u00a0 has \u00a0 been\u00a0\n             remained\u00a0in\u00a0jail\u00a0for\u00a0two\u00a0days\u00a0and\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0\n             no\u00a0likelihood\u00a0of\u00a0early\u00a0hearing.\u00a0\n                 After \u00a0 hearing \u00a0 learned \u00a0 counsel \u00a0 for \u00a0 the\u00a0\n             parties \u00a0 and \u00a0 considering \u00a0 the \u00a0 facts \u00a0 and\u00a0\n             circumstances\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0case,\u00a0the\u00a0application\u00a0\n\n                                                               .\n<\/pre>\n<p>                                          \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         is \u00a0 allowed \u00a0 and \u00a0 it \u00a0 is \u00a0 directed \u00a0 that \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n         execution\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0jail\u00a0sentence\u00a0alone\u00a0passed\u00a0<br \/>\n         against \u00a0 the \u00a0 applicant \u00a0 shall \u00a0 remain\u00a0<br \/>\n         suspended \u00a0 during \u00a0 the \u00a0 pendency \u00a0 of \u00a0 this\u00a0<br \/>\n         revision \u00a0 and \u00a0 he \u00a0 be \u00a0 released \u00a0 on \u00a0 bail \u00a0 upon\u00a0<br \/>\n         his\u00a0furnishing\u00a0personal\u00a0bond\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0sum\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n         Rs. \u00a0 30,000\/\u00ad \u00a0 with \u00a0 one \u00a0 surety \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 like\u00a0<br \/>\n         amount \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 satisfaction \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 CJM \u00a0 for\u00a0<br \/>\n         his\u00a0appearance\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0Registry\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0<br \/>\n         Court \u00a0 on \u00a0 12\/08\/2015 \u00a0 and \u00a0 on \u00a0 such \u00a0 further\u00a0<br \/>\n
