No. 1631 OF 2008\n             --------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 13th day of October, 2008.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      C.M.Appln.No.1738\/2008: This is an application to condone<\/p>\n<p>the delay of 105 days in filing the appeal. The appeal is filed by<\/p>\n<p>the State aggrieved by the fixation of land value by the reference<\/p>\n<p>court, Sub Court, Ernakulam. Acquisition is for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>doubling    the   railway    track    between     Ernakulam   and<\/p>\n<p>Mulanthuruthy. It is not in dispute that all the connected matters<\/p>\n<p>relating to the same acquisition have been dismissed by this<\/p>\n<p>Court. Therefore, there is no reason to condone the delay in<\/p>\n<p>filing the appeal.
